It saddens me to see so many negative reviews about Luigi. I have had a wonderful experience with him. I have been a loyal customer of Get it Now for over 15 years and have only had one issue with an employee, which was promptly and effectively resolved by Scott, the manager. I understand that people may fall behind on payments, but if you call and communicate, I am sure they would not be rude. They are doing their job, which is to collect payments. If you make your payments on time, you would not feel the way you do.

Tim & Brandon were awesome on delivering my 3 piece sectional couch they helped set it up, also took the cardboard & plastic with them, they were right on time, this is the nicest couch I've ever had.
